The one room luxury apartment is suitable for 1 to 3 persons. At request, an extra bed can be rented to accommodate a 4th guest.
The prices quoted are the total net cost which includes water, electricity assuming, normal reasonable usage and check out cleaning service. There are no hidden charges.
The price also includes transportation from Bangkok airport to the apartment with private taxi, at a rental of two weeks and three weeks in the low season, excluding special offer.

Deposit A deposit of 10% is payable from 3 months rental. This will be used to cover the cost of any repairs, breakages or missing items. The deposit will be returned in full when the keys are returned assuming there are no necessary repairs, or items that need to be replaced. |
